- Off Piste – Commit strongly to the dynamics – don’t hesitate (All good)
- Carving – Using leg retraction – good progress
- Carving – Straight outside leg – Bend at hip
- Free Skiing Close Stance – pull inside ski in beside the outside ski using adductor muscles
- Free Skiing Close Stance – gives turn transition from uphill edge uphill ski
- Free Skiing Wide Stance – bent uphill leg – stronger “push” with leg extension – aggressive turn initiation from uphill ski, uphill/outside edge, but rapid switch to the inside edge
