Instead of working on one specific thing we worked with a general focus – in no specific order – on natural movement. In the video you can see Sam’s legs working independently, the body being pushed into the turn from the uphill ski (uphill edge) and the new inside leg flexing at the hip and knee. This feels like a rhythmic walking action.
