Today was just to jog you both into thinking differently about skiing.
Zsazsa in the video starts off well with clear dynamics being used – but then following a wobble she reverts to “pushing the ski away” instead of moving the centre of mass. It’s good to be able to see the difference here.
Jack – your stance is being compromised at this point with the total absence of hip angulation making you fall onto your inside leg. I think you know what to do now! I tried to explain this in the links under “Chiskiing” but reflecting on the sensations felt during the exercise might be more relevant.
