Excellent day with challenging (weird) snow covering about every condition possible – but superb enjoyment. Andrew is a natural skier – actually moves his body – and coped very well with all the surprises that were lurking underfoot. Only near the Pissaillas glacier we found real snow – not wind packed or crusted with rain or hiding death moguls.
We weren’t there for a technical session – but there was time to transmit a few pointers all the same.
