Ski Therapy!

  • Stand up – relax
  • Push the outside foot forward – while puling the inside foot backward. Luke can still go (much) further with this.
  • Work the start of the turn – take longer for the first half of the turn
  • Improved posture and less staring at the ground (even though feet inspection was permitted)
  • Leonie’s hugely improved posture and control of rotation is now starting to activate other facets of control.
