  • upper torso centred over inside ski
  • pelvis counter rotated
  • arms held high and loose – centred over inside ski
  • Independent leg action – retracting downhill leg while extending uphill leg

Still a bit inconsistent here but huge change in dynamics which is now clearly visible – and turns solid from start to finish – major improvement. Sometimes the spine is still bent slightly toward the outside and forgetting to use the adductors on the inside leg – getting that ski snagged as a result.
